COLD SPRING LANE

Cold Spring Lane is an exciting new transit-oriented development providing 165 new family housing units to the Park Heights neighborhood of Baltimore, MD. The project was financed as a Public Private Partnership between Conifer, Park Heights Renaissance, and DHCD's CDA financing (4% + 9% twinning deal).

The site is adjacent to the Cold Spring Lane Metro Station and is surrounded by public and community services. The building form follows the urban character of the site by facing all of the surrounding streets and having the main entrance pointing to the connection to the Metro Station. This form creates an interior landscaped courtyard where families can enjoy activities together in a safe and protected manner.

The project is designed following the Green Communities criteria; some of the sustainability components include: Heat pump water heaters, super efficient mini-split units, Energy Star windows, light fixtures and appliances, water-saving plumbing fixtures, among others.
