3601 Wilson Boulevard

​3601 Wilson Boulevard is an existing 6-story office building located steps away from the Virginia Square Metro Station, in Arlington, VA. Soto Architecture was engaged by Gilbane Development Company to assess the feasibility of converting the office building into a mixed-use development to include 94 market-rate apartments on levels 2-6, and retail, amenities, and back-of-the-house spaces on the ground floor. The building also includes 3 levels of underground parking, which would remain mostly unmodified as part of the proposed renovations.
