We are proud to partner with Varsity Investment Group on this 40+ luxury unit office-to-residential conversion. The project transforms an existing office building through a full interior renovation, a two-story addition, and a penthouse expansion, alongside the renovation of a three-story building for future commercial use.

We have passed the Commission of Fine Arts and have been approved as part of the Old Georgetown Act Appendix. Project is currently in the permitting phase.
