Suitland Senior Progress Update!

We are excited to see and share the progress being made at Suitland Senior in Suitland, Maryland!  Soon this 137 unit senior development will be a key component of the Town Square  at Suitland Federal Center, and we can't wait to welcome residents to make this place their home in the future. 

​The future Suitland Senior residents will be able to embrace this New Urbanist plan, by being encouraged to be active in the civic and cultural activities that will soon develop in the the Suitland Federal Center.  We cannot wait to see the residential spaces, amenity spaces, and medical referral service centers come to life, as the character of the building is being added and detailed.  The Bozzuto construction team has been working ahead of schedule, and the Soto Team is amazed to see this project come to life!
