The Oxford Starts Construction

Selective Demolition has begun at THE OXFORD, a 10-story office-to-residential conversion in Oxon Hill, MD. This 1989 high-rise, formerly known as "Constellation Centre", was home to different government offices and financial institutions. Interior finishes, non-load bearing walls, doors and equipment are carefully being removed and separated for proper recycling and disposal on levels 1, 2, 9 & 10.
