The Shops at the Oxford is 16,000 SF of new retail construction located in 2 separate buildings.  The site is located adjacent to the Oxford Apartments in Oxon Hill, MD, and will continue to grow the new community.  Pedestrian connections to the residential building and an outdoor plaza allows for the start of a walkable neighborhood in a fairly suburban area. 

We are excited to work with the Varsity Investment Group and Buch Construction to create this project. 

Construction will be completed in 2019.
