Located near the inner harbor of downtown Baltimore, 22 Light Street is the adaptive reuse of an existing 6-story office building, rich with history. The historic Lahan Building's façade and structure are beautifully preserved, while the interior has been artfully redesigned with contemporary detailing and attention to the building's history. Our design intent was to convert the existing, underutilized office spaces into high quality residential apartments with generous ceiling heights, and plenty of natural lighting.
This project has proudly been added to our team's extensive adaptive reuse and renovations portfolio. Our team was responsible for the Interior Design and the installation of all of the artwork, bringing the project to life and filling it with the Lahan Building's rich history.
