Featured Project: The Century

Located prominently on 16th Street in Washington DC, this is a gut-renovation of an Art-Deco apartment building from the 1930's. The 91 apartments and amenity spaces are fresh and contemporary, however our team made a conscious effort to preserve some of the vintage details which makes this project unique. A rooftop community space provides views of the Washington Monument to the south. This project secured approvals from DCRA, Historic Preservation, DDOT and the Office of Planning.

Featured Project: Light Street

Located near the inner harbor in downtown Baltimore, this existing office building’s facade and structure are beautifully preserved. Our design intends to convert the existing, underutilized office spaces into high quality housing with generous ceiling heights, large windows facing Light Street and rooftop amenities spaces. Our recent approach for office to residential conversions at The Oxford, will be repackaged for this unique historic district building.
