Set to be completed in March of 2026, Barnaby and 7th will replace existing apartments with two new buildings offering mixed income units to the Washington Highlands neighborhood of Washington, DC.
Buildings 2C and 2D have been designed for phase two of a three phase redevelopment plan. Both buildings will be wood frame construction, totaling 106,000 sf and 113 units to serve the surrounding area. Building 2C will offer 70 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, consisting of studios and one bedrooms. A library, fitness room, nurses office and lounge will be available on the ground floor to support PSH use. Building 2D will offer 43 mixed income units including one bedroom and two bedroom units.
