The Ana is a new construction housing development located in the Anacostia neighborhood of DC across the street from the Anacostia Metro Station. 

The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) approval was required to ensure the development provided home ownership opportunities in Ward 8. Additionally, the site needed WMATA approval due to one of DC metro's tunnels located beneath the site. 

This transformative project will provide 20 for-sale, affordable townhomes possessing 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with private garage access through a new private alley. Sustainability components include Energy-Star windows, light fixtures and appliances, and WaterSense plumbing fixtures among others.
