Breaking Ground at Cold Spring Lane

On Thursday, October 27 2022, Soto attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Residences at Cold Spring Lane alongside Mayor Brandon Scott, Council President Nick Mosby, Conifer Realty, Park Heights Renaissance, and other community partners.

This transit-oriented project provides the Park Heights neighborhood with 165 affordable units that will bring high-quality housing and desired amenities including a fitness center, a business center, and a community room.
