We are so excited to share that, on 10/05, the Prince George's County Planning Board voted unanimously to approve our DSP application! The Staff Report highlighted the numerous existing services adjacent to the site, the wealth of interior & exterior amenities our building offers, as well as the many Green Building techniques incorporated in our design. Our building will transform an existing, vacant office building into a vibrant residential community conveniently located near National Harbor, Alexandria and DC.
