VARSITY ON K - UPDATE

Our project's completion has reached another milestone: Substantial Completion of Phase 1 which includes 121 apartments, Elevator #1 and common areas on the 1st and 3rd levels. Phase 2 is on schedule to be completed in the next weeks and includes the remaining apartments, elevator #2, garage levels and the new landscaped courtyard (pictured above). Our project has also received special attention from the media in recent days, including this article on the Washington Business Journal and this article on U.S. News. We are looking forward to a successful completion (and roasting marshmallows on the new fire bowl)!
